Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Brush Bluff ("the Game"), published by Rovion Games ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to play. By playing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works from the Game except as permitted by law.

3. GUEST ACCESS

The Game uses Guest play only, tied to a device-based identifier. There is no account, password, or login to recover. If you uninstall the Game, reset your device identifier, or switch devices, your progress, settings, and generated name may be lost. We are not responsible for any such loss.

4. ONLINE PLAY AND CONDUCT

Multiplayer and voice chat are provided through Epic Online Services. When playing online you agree NOT to:

- cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or modify the Game; - harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other players, including over voice chat; - transmit unlawful, hateful, sexual, or otherwise offensive content over voice or text; - impersonate others or deliberately disrupt matches for other players; - attempt to access, attack, or interfere with our services or those of Epic or Google.

We may restrict or remove access for players who violate these rules. You can also block and report other players from within the Game, and reports help us keep matches safe. In-game text chat is limited to a set of preset phrases and player names are automatically generated, which further reduces abuse.

5. VOICE CHAT

Voice chat is optional and live. Anything you say can be heard by the other players in your match. Do not share personal information over voice chat. You can mute yourself and other players at any time.

6. ADVERTISING

The Game is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the Game you agree to view ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region and consent. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

7. PURCHASES

The Game is free to play and offers an optional in-app purchase to permanently remove ads ("Remove Ads"). Purchases are processed by the applicable app store's billing system (Google Play Billing); we never receive or store your payment card details. The Remove Ads purchase is a one-time, non-consumable item tied to your store account and can be restored on that account. All sales are final except where a refund is required by law or granted under the app store's refund policy — refund requests are handled by the app store (Google Play). Prices and availability may change. The Game may also let you watch optional rewarded ads to earn a temporary benefit (such as a limited ad-free period); this is not a purchase and requires no payment. Use of the store is also subject to that store's own terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Game and all of its content (art, code, audio, names, and logos) are owned by Rovion Games or its licensors and are protected by law. "Epic Online Services" and related marks belong to Epic Games. "Google", "Firebase", "AdMob", and "Android" belong to Google. All rights reserved.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Game uses third-party services, including Epic Online Services, Google Firebase, and Google AdMob. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Online features depend on third-party services and your network connection and may not always be available.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovion Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress, or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game or its online features at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

13. CHANGES

We may update these Terms. Changes are effective when posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game means you accept the updated Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
